The facilities booking rate is subject to change each year.

Booking of Facilities
All facilities must be booked before use and each applicant is limited for a maximum of 2 hours usage per week. Payment should be made at least 1 day prior the booking date. Payment made is non-refundable.
Please pay using Curtin ePay.
To begin payment, please login to Gym Portal, select the transaction needed (gym membership payment or facilities booking)
Complete your payment by choosing the below payment method.
Official receipt will be sent via e-mail.
Block Booking of Facilities
Student Clubs must submit their booking request to Student Council (activities.sc@curtin.edu.my) at least 5 working days in advance. The Sports & Recreation Office reserves the right to refuse or cancel any bookings as it deems fit.
